The Claim Process – Log a new claim via Telephone or Online
- If you car is not legally driveable we will arrange for our hire vehicle specialist
to liaise with you to organise a replacement car on a like for like basis immediately.
Provided there is no dispute with the cause of the incident and it is clear that
the cause of the accident lies with the other driver our credit hire company will be
able to provide you with a vehicle within 3 hours of notification.
- If you car is still driveable then once your vehicle goes in for repairs a car will
be delivered to you. Whatever happens we will not leave you without transport.
- If you vehicle is still driveable we will arrange for an approved garage to contact
you to obtain an estimate for the cost of repairs, authorisation will be obtained
from the other driver’s insurance company and your vehicle will be repaired. We
will time everything accordingly so that you are not left without transport.
- If an injury has happened - We will arrange to forward your details to our appointed
Legal Representative if you or any of your passengers have suffered any form of
personal injury.
- You will be contacted the very same day or within 24 hours by the legal team to
discuss your claim and arrange, where necessary, a meeting.

you upon first notification to us) where you will find the up to date position of
your claim.
- Settlement – As soon as your claim is settled you will receive 100% of your compensation,
no charges or fees will be deducted from your entitlement.
